If you're looking to sell your home, you need somebody who understands the modern market.  So many Realtors are still stuck in the stone age using the same formula that worked 20 years ago: get the listing contract, take a couple pictures with a point and shoot camera, print a few flyers, put the home in the MLS, and do an open house.  Boring.

That's not how I do business.  I employ a professional photographer to take the best possible photos of your home; a custom video presentation for your home; custom Facebook marketing campaigns; and blasting it over my business page which reaches over 10,000 people per month!  That's just the tip of the iceberg.  Plus, I do everything else those dinosaurs do like putting the information in the MLS and adding a few flyers at the home. 

I do all of that to do one thing.  Provide the most marketing reach to your home, to bring the most offers, to fetch you the highest price.
